- All Intervening Assignments of Mortgage, Deeds of Trust, or Land Contracts, if applicable
- Amortization Schedule(s) for each note
- Typed or Written Payment History of Borrower's Payment Performance
- Hazard Insurance Policy or Agent Information
- Business Insurance Policy or Agent Information, if applicable
- Appraisal, if one exists (Most Helpful for a Benchmark)
- Photographs of Property, if available
- Social Security Numbers of Payor(s)
- Payor Telephone Numbers, Home and Work
- Existing Title Policy, if one exists
- Certificate
of Secretary of Corporation showing that the person signing our
documents is/are duly qualified and authorized to act on behalf of the
corporation, if the Holder is in the name of a Corporation
For
Income Producing Properties such as Apartment Buildings, Other
Multi-Family, Retail Plazas, Office Complexes, Mobile Home Parks, RV
Resort Parks, etc., Rent Rolls
and/or Operating Statements may be required to assist with the
Appraisal Review process.
